About this process
To ensure the long-term future of our business, the key challenge in the economic climate of recent years is to manage change effectively. To achieve this, a strategy of acculturation to innovation is essential.
As part of the Innovation Days program, AXIAN University and the Open Innovation team invite you to think about themes, tools and innovation methodologies that could form part of a 1st program to acculturate AXIAN Group employees to the notion of innovation.
We therefore propose a basis for discussion based on seven (07) themes (organized as an innovation acculturation kit) that we could include in a 1st acculturation program for Group employees through Talks, workshops and panels.
