Hack The Box 2023 Challenge

The inclusive, collaborative process helps to acculturate employees to innovation through a structured approach based on some fifty monitoring and evaluation criteria, and to implement a culture of change and continuous improvement through innovation.

This 2nd edition is different in that it puts the spotlight on our employees, this year's idea leaders.

The challenge is divided into two (2) parts:

• The first part evaluates the creativity or quality of the idea (the semi-final).
• The second part takes place in December, and evaluates the realization and evolution of the idea since the first presentations.

Following the presentation of project ideas in July-August, 5 teams with the most points out of the 11 participating entities were given the opportunity to choose a coach from this year's jury. These coaches will accompany them through to the delivery of their project and the final presentation in December.
